
Privacy and Service Policy
Services
- Our normal business hours are Mon. – Fri. from 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
- We kindly require a 24-hour notice to guarantee that we can schedule your requests.
- We require a 24 hour notice is requested for all errands.
- Our service area includes Sugar Land, Missouri City, Pearland, Friendswood, and the South Houston area. We will try to accommodate the request outside our service area.
- There is a One Hour Minimum on all services. Additional time is rounded up to the Half Hour.
Fees
- An initial client consultation, for 30 minutes, is free.
- Retainer/Membership fees are non-refundable, to be paid promptly, and unused time will not be carried over.
- Additional mileage charges of $.050 will apply to any job outside of a 20-mile radius, unless otherwise stated.
- Late fees, at 3% interest, will begin to accrue 7 days after service has been completed.
- A fee of $35 will be assessed on any and all returned checks.
Payment
- All agreed upon fees owed to Errandz Galore and More are to be paid before or at time of services rendered.
- Client is responsible for all costs related to requests and payment is due before service will take place unless otherwise arranged in advance. These costs include items like dry cleaning, groceries, catering, and personal shopping items.
- The following payment methods are currently accepted: checks, money orders, and payment through Pay Pal for the following credit cards: American Express, Discover, Master Card, or Visa.
- All Corporate Clients will be placed on a billing cycle.
Safety
- Errandz Galore and More will not perform any work on Client's behalf that is illegal or puts it in unreasonable danger.
Cancellation
- Cancellation of services requires a 24 hour notice.
- If no notice is given, all monies paid will be forfeited. Notice can be given via telephone or e-mail.
Confidentiality
- Errandz Galore and More will not at any time sell or exchange our client information to outside sources.
- Errandz Galore and More will not give out any information about our clients without their consent.
- Vendors/Service Providers will be provided with only the information required to complete a specific task.
- Discretion will be strictly adhered to by Errandz Galore and More and all employees/IC.
“Due to insurance limitations, Errandz Galore will not transport people or pets under any circumstances.”
Liability
We regret that we cannot be responsible for any damage caused to dry-cleaning or other client merchandise that is serviced by a separate vendor. However, we will act as a liaison to the vendor regarding repair or reparation if you so wish. That said, we cannot guarantee that you will receive full compensation for your loss.
If you hire us for waiting services (such as carpet cleaning, home repair, etc.) we cannot control outside vendors' schedules so we cannot be held liable if they do not appear at the agreed-upon time.
